Cookies and similar technologies

1. In short

Before you make a choice we save nothing in your browser: basic statistics use no cookies and write nothing on your device. After your choice we save the record of the choice and, only if you accept extended statistics, a provider identifier in your browser’s local memory. There are no advertising pixels, no profiling, and nothing is shared with ad networks.

2. The categories

Necessary (always on)

The key "lume-consent-v2", in your browser’s local memory, records your choices (basic statistics, extended statistics, session recording, marketing) and the date. It is used only to apply those choices and to avoid asking again on every visit. It stays until you change it or clear the site data.

Basic statistics (on, can be switched off)

PostHog measures how many visits the pages receive, where they come from and which steps of the path to the form are taken, in aggregate. It uses no cookies and saves nothing on your device: the identifier is computed on the provider’s servers in the European Union and changes every day. They run on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used; you can switch them off from the “Customize” panel. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat them as switched off until you choose. Basic statistics also record the technical errors of the pages, so that we notice faults, never on the contact form and the confirmation page.

Extended statistics (only with your consent)

PostHog saves an identifier in your browser’s local memory to link the pages of one visit, even on different days. It stays until you withdraw consent or clear the site data.

Session recording (only with your consent)

PostHog records how you use the pages, movements and clicks included, with every text field masked. It never records the contact page or the confirmation page. It requires extended statistics. Recordings are kept for 30 days.

Marketing

Off. We use no advertising pixels and no profiling tools. If we ever add one, it will start only after your consent, and this page will say so first.

3. How to change your choice

You can accept everything, keep only what is necessary, or choose category by category, basic statistics included.

The choice is not final: the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page reopens the panel whenever you want. You can also clear the site data from your browser settings.

4. If we add something

Before switching on any new tool that reads or saves data on your device, such as an embedded video, a map or an advertising pixel, we check the provider, purpose, duration and transfers, update this page, and ask for your consent where it is required.
